May was another busy month as my new job shifted into high gear. Here are the month’s top posts:

1. The 5 Qualities of Elite Teams

2. Leading with your “Yes”

3. Leading like Michelangelo

4. Leveraging your Fear as a Leader

5. Leadership or Manipulation?

6. How Do You Harvest Great Ideas?

7. Managing Beliefs

8. Climate Controlled Leadership

9. Leadership Lessons from Watching Football

10. Why Ask Why?

Topping the list was a post on elite teams that came on heels of the Special Forces raid on Osama bin Laden’s hideout. Numbers 2, 4 & 5 were top performers from earlier this year; numbers 3, 6 & 9 are perennial favorites; and the rest—numbers 7, 8 & 10—came out this month.

If you blog, what was your best post in May?
